We (colleges) continually focus on registering students online, creating online class schedules etc. and yet many of our students and their families do not have computer/online access at home. I guess the issue of "access" should be discussed on a different day...
As I discover the world of blogging...does PITS have a place in online communication??

It might be interesting for you to challenge your understanding of how many people actually have internet connection. Why don't you see if you can find information on that- then share with the class........
